Description of services
- Mobility transport, for access to health care and other services including provision for wheelchairs, supporting families within our region.
- Encourage participation and inclusion in the community.
- Transport to sit and be fit programs.
- Provided transport for the visually impaired group to attended Operatunity (Hamilton concerts 5 times per year)
- Provide support to local rest home transporting client to and from for day stays.
- Provide support to local hospital to transport patients to and from home.
- Provide transport for social gathering such as group Christmas parties for the elderly. Provide transport and assistance to clients attending funerals and special family gatherings.
- Provide support to people needing access to health care and social services through operating a mobility van.
- Reducing social isolation and increasing independence for the mobility limited within our community.
